"Postponed event and basically no help lol"
My event got postponed and trying to get straight answers from ticketweb was way harder than it needed to be lol. There wasn’t really a proper update, the refund options were confusing, and support just kept sending what felt like copy-paste replies. Kind of feels like once they have your money, you’re left to figure it out yourself.

I had some strange issues trying to log in, and the whole thing just felt really off to me. I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help and didn’t really put my mind at ease. I can’t explain it perfectly, but I just don’t trust it anymore and wouldn’t feel comfortable using it again.

"Checkout kept crashing on me"
I tried buying tickets, but the site froze right after I entered my card info. To be fair, maybe there was a lot of traffic, but after I refreshed, it made me start over and then told me the seats were already gone.

I figured the app might work better, but it was just more spinning screens and error messages. Even the customer support link wouldn’t load right, so the whole thing was frustrating, and I still ended up with no tickets.

I wanted to like the info because it looked straightforward at first, but the event time listed was wrong. I ended up showing up late and missing about half the show, which was really frustrating.

I tried buying tickets and the site kept freezing right when I got to payment. Had to start the whole thing over twice, which was ridiculous. Then, after all that, extra fees popped up at the end with no real warning. I’m patient with online checkout stuff, but this was messy and unclear. I definitely won’t use TicketWeb again unless I have no other option.

I have absolutely no idea where my tickets are. The tracking hasn’t updated even once, so I’m just sitting here refreshing like it’s some kind of suspense thriller with no ending.

"Cancelled show and confusing emails, still no refund"
The show got cancelled, but I still haven’t received my refund. What’s making it more confusing is the email says something different, so I’m not even sure what’s actually going on. Just really frustrating at this point.

"Checkout failed right when I needed it to work"
I was trying to buy tickets and, of course, the checkout picked that exact moment to just spin forever and then dump me back like nothing happened. My card was totally fine, so it wasn’t on my end, it was definitely the site acting up. I kept trying, thinking okay maybe it’ll go through this time, but by the time the page finally decided to load properly, the tickets were gone. Super frustrating, honestly. It kind of makes me not want to bother with Ticketweb again.

"Got In, But the Entry Process Could Be Smoother"
The tickets worked fine when we got to the door, so that part wasn’t an issue. But the line moved slowly, and the staff seemed a little unsure about what they were doing. We got in eventually, but a quicker and more organized entry setup would make a lot of sense.

"Not impressed with their accessibility support"
I’ll admit I’m probably extra sensitive about accessibility stuff because I’ve dealt with this way too many times, but my experience with Ticketweb was really frustrating. I tried reaching out about accessible seating and just kept getting passed around without anyone giving me a straight answer. On top of that, the site didn’t work well with my screen reader, which made the whole process even more annoying. I just wanted to buy tickets like everyone else, and it felt like way harder than it needed to be.

"Wish I’d bought my tickets somewhere else"
I regret going through this because my tickets took forever to arrive. They only showed up at the last minute, and by then I was already stressed out wondering if I’d even be able to go. It really took the fun out of the whole experience.

I tried to buy tickets and the payment screen said the transaction failed, but then I checked my card and the charge still went through. I contacted support, but it took a while to hear back and the replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address what happened. I still don’t have the tickets, so now I’m out the money and stuck waiting for someone to actually fix it.

I was already in a bit of a stressed mood when I reached out, and waiting days for a response definitely didn’t help. When they finally replied, it felt like a copy-paste message that didn’t really address my ticket issue. I kept hoping someone would actually look into it, but nothing ever got fixed.

"Ended up second-guessing the price"
At first the ticket price seemed reasonable, so I thought I was good to go. But then, near the end of checkout, the extra fees showed up and I started second-guessing whether it was even worth it. It just felt a little unclear and frustrating. I’d rather see the real total upfront instead of clicking through everything and finding out later.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s taking way longer than I expected. The wording made it sound like the process would be quick and straightforward, but that definitely hasn’t been my experience. Frustrating.

I got my ticket email quickly, and most of the details looked correct. The only thing was that the venue info was a little confusing at one point, so I had to double-check it myself 🙂

"Really disappointed with the ticket transfer process"
I was disappointed with how hard it was to transfer my tickets. The options were confusing, and even when I thought I had it figured out, it barely worked. I expected this to be simple, but it turned into a frustrating hassle. I don’t think I’d use this again.

"Mobile tickets were way more stressful than they needed to be"
Trying to pull up my tickets on my phone at the venue was a mess. The app/browser kept refreshing right when I needed it, so I had to step out of line and dig through my email all over again. It did work eventually, but come on… mobile tickets are supposed to make things easier, not turn into a whole side quest. Make it make sense

"Fixing my account was way harder than it needed to be"
I was just trying to update my Ticketweb account and fix my login, but it turned into this whole annoying mess. Basic account info wouldn’t save without throwing errors, the reset emails took forever to show up, and the help pages kept sending me around in circles. I also got really tired of having to explain the same issue over and over like nobody was actually reading what I’d already said. For something that should’ve taken a few minutes, it was way too frustrating...
